Policies and Procedures

Our policies and procedures are designed to keep the gym as safe and as fun for our gymnasts as possible.

If you have questions or concerns about our policies, drop us a line!

We will also remind families to bring in their own snack/water.

8 week session BILLING

In an effort to streamline and simplify billing for our customers we have developed an easy,  8 week billing process.  Statements will be emailed no later than the 7th week of each session and Autopay will process on the 1st day (or next following business day) of each session.   WE MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO BE ENROLLED.

Ask about our semester discounts!

Visit our parent portal to view your statement or sign up for Auto-Pay.

TEAM BILLING IS ON A MONTHLY BASIS.

SIGNING UP

You can sign up online, over the phone or in the gym! If you already know what class you want to register for, let us know. If you're not quite sure, check out our no obligation trial classes.

Annual Administrative Fee

An annual fee of $40 per/family is due at time of enrollment and is automatically assessed on the family's anniversary date.

APPAREL

Athletes should wear comfortable, athletic apparel (no metal). Authority leotards are available for purchase in our pro shop but are not required.  Children’s hair should always be pulled securely away from their face. For your child’s safety, please remove all jewelry. Stud earrings are allowed, no dangles.

MAKING UP

Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition, or refunds. No refunds for classes missed include scheduled holidays, snow days, and student illness. Paying your tuition holds your spot in the class and ensures no one else can enroll in that place.

DROPPING

Your child will continue in his/her class and your account will be charged until you let us know in writing that he/she would like to take a break. This includes December to January. Many classes have waiting list so this will allow others to join the fun at Authority.  This also helps us with staffing.

You will need to notify us IN WRITING a minimum of seven days before your last class. You will be responsible for the next session's tuition if your drop is not confirmed before the end of the last class of the session you plan to attend. A seven day notice is required before your final class in order to terminate automatic billing. A completed drop IN WRITING is the only way to terminate billing. You may easily use our Parent Portal to drop a class or email us at authority.gymnastics@yahoo.com.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A DROP RECEIPT VIA EMAIL WITHIN ONE WEEK OF WHEN WRITTEN NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS RECEIPT, WE DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR DROP REQUEST AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING UP WITH AN ADDITIONAL DROP REQUEST TO AVOID ANY CHARGES.
